As part of the expansion of Lago, we are hiring a passionate and experienced Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instructor to join our team. Located in the heart of Nusa Lembongan, Lago offers the opportunity to work on an island surrounded by turquoise waters, breathtaking sunsets, and a vibrant community.

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead classes (fundamentals/all levels)

  • Teach kids programmes

  • Maintain a safe training environment

  • Assist in curriculum development

  • Support studio events and growth

  • Represent Lago with utmost professionalism

 

Qualifications

  • Brown /Black belt

  • Certified trainer (Adults / kids)

  • Strong class management & safety awareness

  • Competition experience (preferred)

  • Professional attitude with a team mindset

  • KTP holder

  • Basic English communication skills

    Responsibilities

     

    • Create an inclusive environment for all levels

    • Design and lead reformer programmes for all levels

    • Train, mentor and support instructors

    • Deliver exceptional group classes and private sessions

    • Maintain a welcoming and professional studio atmosphere

     

    Qualifications

     

    • International Reformer Pilates certification

    • Minimum two years of teaching experience

    • Strong understanding of anatomy

    • Experience in a premium studio setting

    • Ability to lead and train the team effectively

    • Warm, friendly and a professional attitude

    • KTP holder

    • Basic English communication skills
