SUNDECK
The sundeck itself is designed as an elevated open-air lounge overlooking the coastline. Natural materials, shaded seating and ocean breeze create a calm environment throughout the day, whether guests are using the wellness facilities or simply enjoying the space. The atmosphere remains quiet, social and unforced, more connected to island living than a traditional spa experience
COLD PLUNGE
The Cold Plunge is built from hand-finished natural stone and positioned beside the sauna overlooking the water. The plunge is continuously filtered and temperature-controlled, typically maintained between 6 and 10 degrees Celsius.Whether used for recovery, relaxation or contrast therapy after the sauna, the cold plunge is designed to be both refreshing and accessible for all experience levels.
SAUNA
The panoramic sauna is electrically heated and maintained at approximately 70 degrees Celsius throughout the day. Built with warm natural materials and large open views toward the ocean, the sauna was designed to feel calming rather than clinical. Guests are encouraged to move between the heat, cold plunge and surrounding lounge areas at their own rhythm, creating a wellness experience that feels relaxed, social and naturally integrated into the Lago environment.
